Four peasants from Chuschi, Cangallo, Ayacucho, disappeared at the hands of the chief of the local police post and military personnel from the Pampa Cangallo base on March 14, 1991.
Four peasants from the community of Chuschi, province of Cangallo in Ayacucho, disappeared on March 14, 1991. Those responsible were identified as the head of the local police post and military personnel from the Pampa Cangallo base. This event occurred in a context of intensified political violence in the department of Ayacucho. The forced disappearance was perpetrated by State agents in the framework of counter-subversive operations in the area.
