Those Responsible for Disappearances in Chuschi Are Convicted
The Ministry of Justice reports that Army officer Collins Collantes Guerra and police officer Luis Juárez Aspiro have been sentenced to 14 and six years in prison, respectively, for crimes against humanity in the form of forced disappearance, to the detriment of four residents of the locality of Chuschi, Cangallo, Ayacucho, on March 14, 1991.
