Chuschi, 16 years of struggle until justice was achieved
"Chuschi: Sixteen Years of Struggle to Achieve Justice" is a compilation of the rulings issued by Peruvian justice in connection with the case of the detention and subsequent disappearance of three authorities and a minor residing in the Ayacuchan locality of Chuschi, on March 14, 1991. It is important to disseminate this experience insofar as the ruling of the Sala Penal Nacional and its ratification by the Sala Penal Permanente of the Supreme Court constitutes an encouraging achievement for the cause of human rights and a recognition of the arduous struggle of the victims' families.
