The horrendous attack in Tarata Street, Miraflores, perpetrated by Sendero Luminoso (Shining Path) took place. Gustavo Gutiérrez wrote about the horror that turns taciturn and the falsehood that wears out the language as an effect and cause of the cervical fear and radical distrust that advances unstoppable in the country. He pointed out that we are going through a serious crisis and that our immaturity as a nation makes it difficult for us to effectively face the current challenges.
