Doris Caqui Calixto - Memorial at The Eye That Cries
On February 2, 2018, a hearing was held before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. That same afternoon, family members of victims of the Fujimori dictatorship and the government of Alan García gathered at the monument "El Ojo Que Llora" (The Eye That Weeps) to remember their loved ones. They hope the Court will compel the Peruvian State to revoke the pardon granted to Alberto Fujimori.
