National Plan for the Search for Disappeared Persons (1980–2000)
Framework document containing the guidelines for the process of searching for disappeared persons, known as the "National Plan for the Search for Disappeared Persons" (PNBPD), which falls within the public policy of the Peruvian State established by Law No. 30470. This document describes the background, the diagnosis, the legal framework, the principles, the rationale, the situations the Plan will address, the general objective and specific objectives, the methodological strategy, and the general scope for implementing the Plan.
