Yesterday, Panel A of the National Criminal Court found 10 of the 12 terrorists (the reading of Moïsés Límaco's sentence was suspended because he is outside the country, while Elizabeth Cárdenas was acquitted of the charges) tried for the attack on Tarata street guilty.
