Car bomb in Tarata kills 20 and injures 132 people
The explosion of a car bomb in the center of Miraflores, on Tarata Street, left 20 dead and 132 wounded. The impact of the attack in the media spread panic and a feeling of insecurity among the public. The same day a series of attacks took place in other sectors of the city, including attacks on police stations and bank branches.
