Justice for Victims of Shining Path Massacre
On Sunday, April 3, 1983, death came to Lucanamarca. Most of the inhabitants of that district in the central Andean region of Ayacucho lost a father, wife or husband, brother or children in the massacre perpetrated by the insurgent group Sendero Luminoso. Now justice has arrived.
