Materials for a History of Anti-Terrorism Legislation in Peru
The purpose of this publication is to prevent the loss of certain texts, of varying importance, that can contribute to a better understanding of the criminal response to the phenomenon of terrorism in Peru. These include both legislative texts and bills, as well as legal commentaries, which make it possible to establish certain milestones in the evolution of the criminal control system with regard to terrorism offenses. The material was gathered over a long period and was intended to be published as a book. Faced with the risk that the effort would fall into total oblivion, and estimating, perhaps with excessive optimism, that it may be of some use, we have decided to publish it without major modifications.
