Through this ruling by the Second Transitory Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice, Manuel Rubén Abimael Guzmán Reinoso is sentenced to life imprisonment for the commission of crimes of terrorism in its form of terrorism against the state, as author of the crime against life, body, and health — aggravated homicide — against the victims of the Lucanamarca massacre.
