When I read the official document of the Partido Comunista del Perú, I understood that I had not strayed far from the truth in everything I had hitherto dealt with regarding the armed struggle initiated by this political organization of the Peruvian Left. In the previous editions of the publications entitled "El Partido Comunista del Perú — Sendero Luminoso" and the first part of "Algo más sobre Sendero", I tried to be essentially objective in presenting the subjects. Now, in this second part of "Algo más sobre Sendero", I not only exercise the same conduct but also, in order to anchor myself historically, make use — on my own initiative — of some of the sections of the aforementioned document.
