Shining Path in Peru. Its Alliance with Drug Trafficking and the Repercussions in the Hemisphere
This publication aims to demonstrate the alliance between the terrorist organization Sendero Luminoso and drug trafficking, and its repercussions across the hemisphere. This document is the result of an analysis whose purpose is to demonstrate the narco-terrorist alliance that gives rise to the resurgence of Sendero Luminoso, a development that affects the stability of the State and prevents the fulfillment of the objectives set by the Government, in accordance with the security policy of the Peruvian State.
