Interview with Tania Pariona - Pativilca Case Hearing
On January 26, 2018, the oral trial took place that will determine whether the Pativilca case (Caraqueño) will be included as a proceeding against former president Alberto Fujimori. If this proceeding is taken into account, Fujimori would have to return to prison due to a pending trial, which would render invalid the pardon granted by President Pedro Pablo Kuczynski.
