ATTACK ON THE TOMB OF VELASCO ALVARADO
On June 15, 1980, at the El Angel cemetery in Lima, members of Sendero Luminoso dynamited the tomb of Army General and former President of the Republic (1968-1975) Juan Velasco Alvarado.
