Reunion with Horror in Peru
Families of victims of Sendero Luminoso and the Army jointly receive exhumed remains in Ayacucho, the epicenter of the bloody war between the State and the terrorists in the 1980s. This is the first time that, in a single ceremony, the State has returned identified remains of victims from all parties to the conflict.
