Sterilized and forgotten (first part). Report
First part of a report from the program Cuarto Poder, on América Televisión, explaining the so-called Voluntary Surgical Contraception Plan — forced sterilizations — which the imprisoned former president Alberto Fujimori directed and ordered carried out during his government. The main victims were peasant women and inhabitants of rural communities, but also men who underwent vasectomies.
