DURING ALAN'S GOVERNMENT MORE PERUVIANS WERE KILLED THAN IN THE WAR WITH CHILE
The Asociación Pro Derechos Humanos (Aprodeh) has prepared a preliminary report on all extrajudicial executions, massacres in peasant communities, arbitrary detentions, forced disappearances, torture, and terrorist attacks — both by the State and by Sendero Luminoso and the MRTA — recorded between 1985 and 1990, that is, during the APRA five-year period. This represents the debt that Alan García still owes to Peru.
