Ombudsman's Report No. 77: EXTRAJUDICIAL EXECUTIONS: Cases Investigated by the Ombudsman's Office
This ombudsman's report constitutes a contribution to the process of truth and justice initiated in the country with the delivery of the Final Report of the Comisión de la Verdad y Reconciliación. It analyzes 11 cases of extrajudicial executions that occurred in the departments of Ayacucho, Apurímac, Huánuco, Huancavelica, Cusco, and San Martín, between 1983 and 1996.
