The Coordinadora's Report. Priority: The Restoration of the Rule of Law
Part of the basic 44-point platform put forward by the Coordinadora Nacional de Derechos Humanos. The Coordinadora states that for some time now the deterioration of the human rights situation in Peru has been associated not so much with political violence as with "the democratic crisis the country is suffering, as a direct consequence of the establishment of the authoritarian political regime presided over by engineer Alberto Fujimori Fujimori."
