Fujimori Ordered the Killing of Three Surrendered MRTA Terrorists
Finishing off wounded terrorists with a coup de grâce to the head and killing any survivors was the order issued by Alberto Fujimori, according to the final report on which the Attorney General of the Nation, Nelly Calderón Navarro, bases her constitutional complaint against the former president, who is sheltering in Japan. The accusation is of particular importance because the acts were perpetrated within Japanese jurisdiction.
