Álvaro Artaza Adrianzén Unbelievable: "Camión" Would Be in Lima
According to confidential sources, Navy Lieutenant Commander Álvaro Francisco Serapio Artaza Adrianzén, known by the alias "Comandante Camión," may have clandestinely returned to the country. Artaza served as political-military chief of the provinces of Huanta and La Mar between June and September 1984, and was allegedly abducted in Lima on February 2, 1986, after which he disappeared.
