RED JUSTICE IN PERU
The case of the Partido Comunista del Perú Sendero Luminoso in the Alto Huallaga, Peru 1980–1995. We study the administration of justice by the Partido Comunista del Perú Sendero Luminoso (PCP SL), a far-left armed group that took up arms against the Peruvian State in 1980, in the province of Tocache, department of San Martín, Alto Huallaga region in the high jungle of Peru. Oral testimonies will guide us on the meanings of that justice and why they failed in their attempt to apply it in this region.
