From Shining Path to the Militarization of Peru
The following work will attempt to develop the causes of the so-called political-military success of the P.C.P. - Sendero Luminoso during the 1980s, what were clearly the responses given by the Peruvian State, the Armed Forces of Peru, and to what extent there has been foreign military interference in strictly internal conflicts, which have given rise to the intervention of military forces in internal affairs under the pretext of maintaining sociopolitical-economic stability in the region.
