General Amnesty Granted to Military, Police and Civilian Personnel for Various Cases
Through Laws 26479 and 26492, the Democratic Constituent Congress grants general amnesty to Military, Police, or Civilian personnel, whatever their Military, Police, or functional status may be, who are reported, investigated, charged, prosecuted, or convicted of common and military offenses in the Common or Military Private Courts, respectively, for all acts derived from or originating in connection with or as a consequence of the fight against terrorism that may have been committed individually or as a group from May 1980 to the date of promulgation of this Law.
