Memory Journal
The fourth edition of the journal Memoria, published by the Instituto de Democracia y Derechos Humanos of PUCP, is accompanied by essays on education and the need to preserve memory, based on analysis and empirical evidence about the implementation of a public policy such as education, which can generate as much consensus as it does serious difficulties in execution. The "Graphic Portfolio" presents a historic look by Óscar Medrano, an experienced photojournalist and one of the first to travel through the conflict zone during the internal armed conflict, at Lucanamarca and its way of keeping memory alive twenty-five years after the massacre that plunged the entire community into mourning
