He therefore stated that the museum, which will be built facing the coast of Lima, will not attribute the violence to two "sides"—terrorists on one hand and the Armed Forces on the other. "The museum cannot establish that equivalence, which would be immoral. It is not true that there were two sides: there was a primary and greater responsibility in this country in that war, and that is the terrorists'; it is Sendero, it is the MRTA, and all those who supported that bloodthirsty madness."
