For a long time we have been saying that in Ayacucho it is not possible to achieve the unity that would make it strong as a region and consolidate it as a first-rate interlocutor whose voice would always be heard; many of us recognize that we live in an increasingly fragmented society, yet we do little or nothing to change it.
