Truth, Memory, Justice and Reconciliation
Twenty years of political violence, internal war, and an authoritarian regime in which human rights were set aside deserve to be evaluated and brought to light in order to build a faithful and truthful history. The papers compiled in this publication seek to be a contribution to the construction of the reconciliation processes that our society needs. These texts gather the experiences, reflections, and contributions of international experts, from whom there is much to learn — from their mistakes and achievements, their recommendations, and the theoretical frameworks that shaped the work of commissions in other countries.
