Listening to Community Voices. A Study on the Implementation of Collective Reparations in Peru
This publication focuses on the Collective Reparations Program, which is currently the only program in the implementation phase, and which is directed at rural and indigenous community populations in 15 regions of the country. In this way, we present a review of how much progress has been made so far in its execution, as well as the manner in which the process is being carried out, with emphasis on the legitimacy of the projects, the representation of beneficiaries as collectives through the Management Committees, and special attention to the program's gender and interculturality approaches.
