The book is divided into five parts: the first is titled "Great Britain and the First Opium War." It discusses the war of the East India Company against China and Britain's noble experiment. The second part is titled "How the Drug Empire Works" and includes subtitles such as: Where does $200 billion go?; How to hide $100 billion; How drug trafficking is financed; dirty operations with gold and diamonds; Hong Kong: the world's drug capital; Canada, the Hong Kong of North America; and the Soviet Empire of dirty money. The third part is called: the debt trap and the narco-economy in Ibero-America, and includes subtitles such as: Jamaica, the IMF creates the perfect "free enterprise"; Colombia is not for sale; The cash connection; How the fondi govern drug trafficking in Ibero-America; and Vesco and the Cuban connection. The fourth section includes subtitles related to the Partido Comunista del Perú, that is, Sendero Luminoso. That subtitle is called: Sendero Luminoso: narco-terrorism in action. The fifth and final part is called the creation of the market: the British origins of the counterculture.
