Lawyer Martha Huatay is photographed at the Dirección Nacional Contra el Terrorismo (DINCOTE) after being captured on October 17, 1992. Huatay was a member of the Asociación de Abogados Democráticos (responsible for the defense of Sendero Luminoso members) and of Socorro Popular, a Sendero Luminoso body that carried out actions in the urban environment.
