Investigation of the Death of Huilca Tecse
The investigation into the death of Huilca Tecse was conducted by the police and submitted to the Military Court. The autopsy report indicated that Huilca Tecse died from multiple gunshot wounds to the head, neck, and chest. The incident involved several individuals, including Margot Cecilia Domínguez Berrospi and Hernán, who were armed and participated in the attack.
El atestado con las investigaciones llevadas a cabo por la Policía fue remitido al Fuero Militar. Según el Protocolo de Necropsia Nro. 5069, la causa de muerte de Huilca Tecse fue traumatismo encéfalo-cervical toráxico con heridas penetrantes en la cabeza, tórax y cuello, producidas por proyectil de arma de fuego. De acuerdo a la DINCOTE, en la acción participaron como mando político Margot Cecilia Domínguez Berrospi, como mando militar "Hernán" con pistola ametralladora, y como combatientes "Manolo" y Hernán Ismael Dipas Vargas, además de Percy Glodoaldo Carhuaz Tejada en función de contención.
