Arbitrary Execution of José Abel Malpartida Páez and Luis Alberto Alvarez Aguilar

Aunque probablemente mantenían vínculos con el PCP-SL, esto no justifica su muerte. La CVR rechaza la versión oficial de que murieron por impericia manipulando artefactos explosivos, considerándola inverosímil. Los cuerpos fueron hallados en San Bartolo, y evidencia indica que formaron parte de un grupo intervenido por la SUAT en San Martín de Porres la noche del 26 de julio de 1989.
