Kidnapping and death threat to priest José Viscardi in Tambobamba

The Italian priest José Viscardi was kidnapped and threatened with death in Tambobamba, Cotabambas province. This is evidence of the violence of the PCP-SL against representatives of the Catholic Church in rural areas.
