Action of Amparo by Prisoners in Peru

El 21 de mayo de 1986, presos de los Centros Penales Santa Bárbara, San Juan Bautista y San Pedro (Lurigancho) interpusieron una acción de amparo contra el Ministro de Marina Vicealmirante Julio Pacheco Concha, el Ministro de Justicia Luis Gonzáles Posada, el Ministro del Interior Abel Salinas y el Presidente del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario (INPE) Manuel Aquézolo.
