Arbitrary Executions and Forced Disappearances in Ayacucho

Entre 1983 y 1993, las ejecuciones arbitrarias fueron una práctica generalizada y sistemática en Ayacucho y zonas declaradas en Estado de Emergencia, afectando a 16 departamentos del país. Estas ejecuciones implicaban la planificación del crimen, selección de víctimas y seguimiento, enfocadas en presuntos subversivos y sus entornos.
