III Campaign of the V Military Plan of the PCP-SL (first part)
First part of the III Campaign of the V Military Plan of the PCP-SL, developed between February and September 1991, which included intensification of violent actions throughout the country, including the "red month" between May and June.
The PCP-SL carried out the III Campaign of the V Military Plan in two parts. The first part was carried out from February to September 1991. This campaign was part of the PCP-SL's military strategy to intensify its violent actions in the country. During this period, the PCP-SL carried out multiple attacks, selective assassinations and terrorist actions in various regions of Peru. The campaign included the so-called "red month" of the PCP-SL with violent actions between May 17 and June 19, 1991.
