Mort du Commandant Rafael Gonzales Zegarra
Le Commandant GC Rafael Gonzales Zegarra, chef du groupe lié au GRUDE, est mort dans un affrontement avec Sentier Lumineux à Ñuñoa, Puno, en 1989.
Selon le témoin réservé nº 62, le Commandant Rafael Gonzales Zegarra était chef du groupe au sein du GRUDE lié au Commando, coordonnant directement avec Agustín Mantilla et Jesús Miguel Ríos Sáenz des opérations d'élimination sélective de terroristes ou d'opposants au régime. Il a travaillé avec le Major Marco Puente Llanos, connu sous le surnom de « Moscón », qui lui a succédé au commandement du groupe. Le Commandant Gonzales est décédé lors d'un affrontement avec Sentier Lumineux dans la localité de Ñuñoa du département de Puno en 1989.
