Testimony of Igidia Arullca Oscco
On April 15, 2013, Igidia Arullca Oscco testified about her displacement to other towns, driven by the fear of losing her life at the hands of terrorists. She also highlighted the difficult task of raising her children and the hardships they endured. She reported that a nurse took one of her children to Lima to treat him, but upon her return told her he had died, showing only a piece of paper as evidence. She does not know whether his death is truly certain.
