Interview with Marks Willem
In May 2017, Marks Willem was interviewed by Sébastien Jallade, who shared his experiences in Apurímac. Willem was co-founder of the Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) Proande in Andahuaylas during the 1980s and 1990s. Through that organization he promoted the construction of the Kutinachaca bridge, as much of the displaced population from Apurímac needed that means of communication to be able to return to their lands. Thanks to this action, 500 families returned to their homes. Published on August 25, 2017.
