An interview conducted by Aprodeh with David Cayo, mayor of the town of Cayara, on the 27th anniversary of the massacre perpetrated by army troops in the Ayacucho community of Cayara, where in 1988 they murdered 33 people and forcibly disappeared five others. Despite the years that have passed, the residents and relatives of the victims still await justice and reparations.
