Criminal Complaint Against Alberto Fujimori and Others Regarding the Forced Sterilizations Case
Criminal complaint formally filed by the Segunda Fiscalía Penal Supraprovincial against Alberto Fujimori Fujimori, Eduardo Yong Motta, Ricardo Luis Costa Bauer, Alejandro Aguinaga, Ulises Jorge Aguilar, Segundo Aliaga Pideno, Octavio Marroquín Osorio, and Magda Gonzáles Carrillo, for the commission of the crime of grievous bodily harm resulting in death and other offenses, as serious violations of human rights, as indirect perpetrators in the case of 2,166 women who reported having been forcibly sterilized during the government of Alberto Fujimori.
