Farewell 'Mamá Angélica': A Voice Against Silence and Impunity

Ten days after the ruling that convicted the military personnel from the 'Los Cabitos' barracks who disappeared her son, María Angélica Mendoza de Ascarza died in Ayacucho without ever finding the body of Arquímedes, who was kidnapped by a group of soldiers in 1983.
