Government Respects Court Ruling Annulling Fujimori's Pardon

Following the release of the resolution by the Supreme Preparatory Investigation Court declaring the humanitarian pardon to former president Alberto Fujimori inapplicable, the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights assured that the Government respects the independence of the Judiciary and will unreservedly comply with the Judiciary's ruling.
