Peruvian Justice Annuls Fujimori's Pardon and Orders His Return to Prison
A setback for the pardon of former president Alberto Fujimori, granted by Pedro Pablo Kuczynski. The Judiciary annulled this morning the humanitarian pardon granted to Fujimori and ordered his immediate location and arrest so that he could be returned to the prison facility designated by the prison authority.
