Public Prosecutor's Office Requests Consolidation of Pativilca and Ventocilla Cases
Senior prosecutor Daniel Jara requested that Panel B of the Sala Penal Nacional consolidate the Pativilca and Ventocilla cases due to the same suspects being involved in both judicial proceedings. According to "Correo," the request was filed a few weeks ago and argued that in both cases the members of the Grupo Colina are linked. Both events also occurred in 1992, during the government of Alberto Fujimori. Published May 30, 2018.
