Letter to the Newspaper Perú 21. Complaint About the Publication of a Comic Strip That Offends the Memory of the Dead of Barrios Altos
We greet you on behalf of the Coordinadora Nacional de Derechos Humanos (CNDDHH), an institutional platform that brings together 78 organizations at the national level that defend and promote human rights in the country. The purpose of our letter is to express our deepest rejection of the comic strip published today, November 3, a date that marks the 25th anniversary of the painful Barrios Altos massacre, in the newspaper Perú 21.
