The Voices of Victims of the Los Cabitos Military Barracks
Most complaints of disappearance and torture in the department of Ayacucho date from 1983 and 1984; however, only those concerning the first of those years have advanced far enough to reach the stage of oral trial. Below we present the testimonies given by survivors and relatives of the missing before the Sala Penal Nacional, which is expected to issue a verdict within three to four months.
