"You May Be Able to Fool Me, But Lima Will Be Watching You, Evaluating You. Lima Decides." An Ethnographic Look at the Comprehensive Reparations Program
This article constitutes a progress report of the research project "Reparando ciudadanías: estrategias y sentidos de reconocimiento en Ayacucho post-CVR," which has been underway since January 2013 thanks to funding from the Dirección de Gestión de Investigación of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. The present research builds on the previous project "¿Y después de la violencia qué queda? Víctimas, ciudadanos y reparaciones en el contexto post-CVR en el Perú," carried out by María Eugenia Ulfe and Vera Lucía Ríos in Lucanamarca throughout 2011 with funding from the Consejo Latinoamericano de Ciencias Sociales (CLACSO).
